Property Mediation Zone was formed by solicitors Brethertons LLP.
Brethertons is an established firm of solicitors able to trace its roots back nearly 200 years. We are one of the largest firms of solicitors in Oxfordshire and Warwickshire employing over 160 people. We are recognised for our legal capabilities in the Legal 500 Directory of UK Law firms and the Chambers and Partners Legal Directory.
Brethertons have had a specialist division within the Litigation Department for many years, which deals with disputes arising from the property management industry. We act for both Landlords and Lessees and have extensive experience representing our clients in the Courts, Leasehold Valuation Tribunals and Lands Tribunal.
Common disputes arising between Property Owners, Landlords, Lessees and Property Managers include:-

Shaun Jardine, who is the Partner in charge of the Property Management Division, is an accredited commercial mediator and a member of The Civil Mediation Council. Shaun has been responsible for developing Property Mediation Zone, which enables our mediators to assist parties resolve their disputes in a fast and effective way.
