WHAT WILL MEDIATION COST?
The cost per party to participate in online mediation with a Property Mediation Zone mediator is £375 plus VAT.
A time frame (usually 7 days) will be agreed with the parties at the outset with an agreed termination time. The termination time will only be extended at the discretion of the mediator in exceptional circumstances
The parties are required to pay the mediation fee in advance. In the event that one party does not pay the appropriate fee to enable the mediation to proceed, the fees which have been received will be refunded.
Once the fees have been paid, log in codes and passwords will be allocated to the parties to enable the process to start. There is no limit on the messages/number of communications that can be exchanged between the parties and the mediator during the online mediation process.
